How long does restoration process take?For most jobs, the whole process takes 1 day

Do I need to move my furniture out?Yes, at the day of restoration everything needs to be off the floor. For other services like cleaning and wax removal we can work around big objects if needed.

How long does it take for new finish to cure?normal conditions, most finishes we use: 2-3 hours after last coat it's good for light foot traffic 24 hours finish is 80% cured and you can set furniture back carefully 3 days and our water-based polyurethane is fully cured

Will there be dust and odor in the house?No, because we use dust containment systems there is practically no dust and no odor in the air.

Is floor finish toxic?No, we use top of the line water-based polyurethane which is non toxic, low VOC, green guard gold certified, in other words very safe!

How is your process different from floor sanding?Floor sanding is a process of removing a layer of actual wood We remove the top worn layer of floor finish, repair damages and imperfections on the wood and coat the floor with new fresh durable finish

Will sandless restoration remove black pet stains/water damage?No, black urine stains or soaked water damage stains can only be removed with deep sanding process or sometimes replacement of the floor boards is the only way.
