"Refinishing" is a comprehensive and involving process. In short it is removing a layer of wood material along with imperfections such as deep scratches, indentations, unevenness. Then finishing with desired color and top coat
"Sand-less Refinishing" involves cleaning off the residue, light-sanding the top coat, fixing worn areas and applying coats of new finish. It is a more convenient way to bring back the color, even sheen and protection to the floor. Although it will not completely remove deep scratches and indentations, it will make the floor look fresh and like-new, fix the top coat imperfections such as surface scratches, scuffs or worn color
