sand-less refinishing

  • Takes 1 DAY to complete

  • Bring back the COLOR, SHEEN and PROTECTION

  • 1/3 the Price of full sanding

Solid or engineered, we can bring it back to life!

The process we've perfected is the real deal—it works, and it delivers consistently outstanding results. No matter what type of hardwood floors you have, over time they’ll start to show signs of wear and tear. You’ll first notice it in high-traffic areas like the hallway and kitchen. The finish starts to lose its shine and becomes dull, a clear sign that the protective topcoat is wearing down. Eventually, the wood itself begins to fade. All of that can be reversed with our process

clean

Clean

Using scrubbing machines, brushes and buffers we clean all residue and contaminants off  the floor, preparing it for the next step.

screen

Screen

AKA abrade or light sanding.

Depending on a type and condition of the floor, we use buffing machines with mesh screens, brushes or pads to abrade the surface removing small scratches and preparing it for new finish to adhere.

repair

Repair

From fixing nicks and dings to bringing back the color.

We use stain, stain pen, markers, bondo, epoxy, wood filler etc. We are masters at getting your floor looking the best it can without replacing it. And the fresh coats of finish will make the repair pretty much invisible.

recoat

Recoat

The most important step in the process, no wonder it’s called floor finish.

Good quality waterbased polyurethane is the safest, most durable and long lasting top coat you can finish your floor with. There are many types of floor finishes out there, we use the best!

Benefits

It's fast! Most floors can be restored in 1 day, so by the end of that day you can walk on your beautiful floor

It's clean! We use dust containment system(DCS), which means we connect vacuums to our machines so there is practically no dust in the air

It's safe! The products we use are low VOC and green guard gold certified, which means it's not toxic, safe to use in schools and hospitals

It's affordable! It costs much much less then other options like sanding  or replacing!

It lasts! Depending on the traffic it gets, it's usually 4-7 years until you start noticing the finish wearing off in some areas. That would be a good time to repeat the process as part of the house maintenance

*note that scratches are not considered wear, you can easily scratch any finish that exists but higher quality finish we use will be much more durable
