This floor was so worn, it barely had any finish left on it. Very dull and raw looking. But it didn't have a lot of deep damages, so the main concern was the top coat. Our client was going to put the house on the market soon and wanted to raise the value and make it look good and move-in ready. Sand-less is the best option for that!
