This floor was fully refinished a couple of years ago. Already started to show wear and tear in high traffic areas. We managed to do a partial re-coat and blend in new finish to old finish. Thankfully Nanci got it in the right time, before it got to the stain and wood. The floor is like new again!

Since the damage was on the top coat, after new coats of finish it looks like new again

A simple way to test if the damage is on the top coat, would be to wet the area with cleaner or water, if it looks much better when whet, then it will look even better after new finish's been applied

When we do partial area restoration, ideally we can stop at transition points, where boards go different directions or along the planks
